Ergogenics Chocolate Protein Oatmeal

Only 5 ingredients and 10 minutes to make! 

This RECIPE is super easy. I used @ergogenics Chocolate Hemp Protein powder that has greens blended in too - and it’s sweetened with monk fruit sweetener (a great low calorie/low sugar option). They also have it in berry and vanilla flavours. .

Chocolate Protein Oatmeal Recipe: 

1 1/4 cup unsweetened nut milk
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop @ergogenics chocolate protein powder
1/2 tablespoon chia 

Bring the milk and cacao to a boil. Add the oats, protein and chia. Stir well and lower the heat. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Turn off the heat and let sit for a few mins. Garnish with toppings of your choice.
