This smoothie is a simple combination of greens, protein, healthy fat and fiber to keep your blood sugar balanced, belly full and energy to kick start your day.
1 scoop of Ergogenics Plant Protein +Greens Vanilla
1/3 cup coconut water
1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
1 tbsp coconut oil or MCT oil
1 tsp organic peanut butter or almond butter
½ cup frozen cauliflower
½ zucchini (peeled)
2 tbsp flax seeds
½ frozen banana (sliced)
Handful of spinach
Top smoothie with you favourite ingredients or enjoy smoothie as is, it’s delicious either way!
