Tropical Hemp Protein Smoothie

This smoothie recipe is prefect for carbo-loading. I considered it my breakfast of champions and my mouth still waters when I think about tasting it. All you need to do is add a scoop of Ergogenics Plant Protein in Vanilla, blend and enjoy!

– half of a banana
– one (1) cup of frozen blueberries
– one (1) cup of frozen or fresh pineapple
– 8-10oz of Thai Kitchen Organic Lite Coconut Milk
– one scoop of Ergogenics Protein Vanilla protein powder
– and if you want to go green – add a handful of spinach, or any other leafy greens!

Blend and enjoy!
