Simple Green Smoothie Bowl

2 frozen bananas
2 handfuls of organic baby kale
1 scoop Ergogenics Plant Protein +Greens – Vanilla Flavour
1/4-1/2 cup almond or cashew milk (to blend more easily)


1. In a food processor or high-speed blender, blend frozen bananas
with plant-based milk, adding in kale to your taste.

2. Once smooth, add Ergogenics Plant Protein Powder
(this will thicken the smoothie and help hold your toppings).

3. Top with fruit, nuts, seeds, or in this case, dark chocolate chips.
